The Quartz Dev. Directors have undertaken projects in the Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Student Housing, Residential and Leisure sectors, within the Built Environment. 

The projects undertaken over the last 30 years, have been combinations of Brown Built, Green Fields, Renovation, Relocation & Conversions. 

Our services are based on our teams experience within the property environment. Where we have gained a unique understanding of the correct methodologies, practices, local cultures and their requirements, new technologies and bespoke built environment practices. Thereby ensuring that we deliver.... 

THE TEAM....

The Quartz Dev team have a multitude of skills and experience. We are professionally accredited and together bring our knowledge of property, development, project management, construction and finance you you as our Client. 

Our team have previously undertaken, managed and delivered projects and developments, from the initial site identification. through the construction phase and to practical completion and occupation of the project or development, throughout South Africa and within various other African countries. 

We are a dynamic team and are able to be flexible in the skills, knowledge and services we provide to our Client's.

Quartz Dev was established in 2004 and since our inception, we have demonstrated to our Client’s and Joint Venture partners, our ability to undertake, manage and deliver a multitude of various types of developments and projects.  Our staff collectively, have more than 30 years of experience, within the development, project management and construction sectors.
